For Idaho owners and operators

Practical AI consulting for owner-led Idaho businesses.

We help manufacturers, operators, distributors, and professional-service firms reduce repetitive work, improve handoffs, and test useful AI without disrupting the business.

Start with one business problem—not an AI shopping list.

Owner problem first

When the work is growing more complicated.

You may not need an “AI strategy.” You may need a better way to handle one part of the work.

Talk through the problem
  • Slow quote preparationDetails get hunted down, copied, and checked by hand.
  • Scattered intakeEmail, phone calls, forms, and text messages create gaps.
  • Hard-to-find answersThe latest price sheet, SOP, or customer note is never where it should be.
  • Follow-up driftImportant callbacks and next steps depend on someone remembering.
  • Duplicate entryThe same customer or job details move through several systems.
  • Unclear AI riskYou are curious about AI, but unsure what is safe or worth testing.

Who we help

Built for businesses where the owner still knows how the work gets done.

IAIS fits best when a real operator can point to a process that wastes time, gets stuck, or creates risk.

02 / Primary

Operations-heavy SMBs

Teams where a few people carry a lot of process knowledge and small improvements can remove avoidable work.

Distributors

Products, pricing, orders, vendors, customers, and timely responses moving across several systems.

04 / Strong fit

Professional-service firms

Intake, research, proposals, client communication, and repeatable administrative work.

How we help

One useful improvement at a time.

We start close to the work, test before making a larger commitment, and keep supporting only what proves useful.

Name the business problem

We inspect the process, people, handoffs, information, and risk—not just the software wish list.

Test a practical improvement

We build a narrow proof, use real examples, and decide together whether the result is worth keeping.

Support what earns a place

If the solution proves useful, IAIS can maintain it, improve it, and help the team use it safely.

Common questions

Before we talk.

You do not need a finished AI plan. A specific business problem is enough.

What happens during the free fit call?

We spend 20 minutes on the business problem, the people and systems involved, and whether IAIS is the right fit. You will leave with a recommended next step—even if that step is not hiring us.

Does the assessment include implementation?

No. The fit call is free. The $3,000–$5,000 AI Readiness & Opportunity Assessment is a paid 3–4 week engagement that identifies and examines the strongest opportunity, establishes practical guardrails, and recommends the first controlled pilot. Implementation is scoped separately.

Do we need to replace our current software?

Usually not. We first look for improvements that work with the systems and habits already in place. A new tool is justified only when the current constraint requires it.

Do you work outside manufacturing?

Yes. IAIS also works with distributors, operations-heavy businesses, and professional-service firms when there is a clear process problem and an owner willing to test a measured improvement.
